Shiloh and Harley
There are some things that are so heinous, they defy any real understanding. Things that you simply can not wrap your mind around like how does someone leave their dogs in a hot car in the Florida heat/sun and go about their day?
We have spoken with multiple sources who report about an incredibly disturbing event that took place in 2015 involving Rosa and Anthony Fond’s personal dogs.
Rosa and Anthony Fond owned two Rottweilers named Harley and Shiloh. On a hot Florida day, for reasons unknown, a vetted source reports that the two left their dogs in the back of their car. We don’t know why the Fonds did this, only that they did it.
When Rosa and Anthony arrived back to their car after having been gone for quite some time, they found their two dogs in distress, suffering from heat stroke. They drove them to a vet who tried to save them but sadly, they both succumbed to heat stroke and died.
Let that sink in. This woman who recklessly endangered the lives of these precious souls to the point where both dogs lost their lives decided that she would be a good steward to countless dogs and should start a rescue.
Both she and her husband, Anthony Fond scrubbed their social media profiles – removing any and all mention of Harley and Shiloh but even the most seasoned conmen get sloppy sometimes and miss a thing or two.
Here is Anthony Fond’s post about the loss of Shiloh and Harley. Spun like only a conman of his caliber could, he gives no explanation why two healthy dogs both died at the same time but seems to be seeking sympathy from others. Why else would he post this cryptic message about two dogs that just died, leaving out details or any plausible explanation as to what could have happened?
The Fond’s were recently investigated by the Financial Crimes Unit in their hometown of Brooksville, Florida. While the case stalled pending victims coming forward, we were able to confirm that Rosa Fond has a sealed criminal record that was dated around the time that this tragedy occurred. It stands to reason that this is likely the offense that Rosa was convicted of and later had sealed. Could it be something else? Certainly. It very well could be for a unrelated offense but one thing is for sure and has been confirmed – she has a sealed record.
There are simply too many questions and red flags here so you be the judge.
What we know from a trusted source is that Rosa Fond did have two dogs that died due to heatstroke after she left them in her vehicle for an extended period of time. The irony of operating a “rescue” seems to be lost on her.
Rosa Fond is very adept at fabricating semi-plausible excuses for all of her misdeeds. This story was leaked recently on social media and Rosa wasted no time trying to get ahead of the allegations by claiming it’s “a lie” and that she thinks, possibly, maybe – her “neighbor poisoned” the two dogs.

We can confirm that via a Public Records request for all Police records involving Rosa and Anthony Fond at their home address for the past ten years – there wasn’t a single report filed for anyone poisoning or harming any dog of the Fonds.
We can also confirm that there was a neighbor dispute reported by the Fonds that accused the neighbor of “spying” on Rosa, certainly not for poisoning her dogs. This was simply never mentioned.
Anthony Fond stated that the two dogs “passed away”. If there was any suspicion of a neighbor harming their dogs, why not use THOSE particular words? Why not file a police report? For a man that ironically put up a website to expose someone he claimed scammed him out of money over a pool deal gone wrong, would Anthony truly just sit back along with Rosa and do and say absolutely nothing if in fact, his neighbor was responsible for poisoning his dogs?
We don’t think so either.
Common sense dictates that if the Fonds called the police about their neighbor’s unwanted glances, they sure as heck would call the police if they suspected their neighbor of poisoning their dogs.
Just another phony spin by Rosa and Anthony Fond on a very tragic situation. Is there any doubt that they would do any of the things they’re being accused of doing? You be the judge.
