THE GOONS

The most effective m.o. in any well oiled scam’s operation is to enlist the help of a handful of what can only be referred to as “goons” – people who are more than willing to attack your critics in the most vile and damaging way possible -Even if it includes behavior like stalking and making threats.

THIS is EXACTLY what Humans and Animals United does and they do it with no regard for the truth and with the intention of causing as much harm as possible to those that dare speak up about their illicit activites.

Here are the people who have documented histories of intimidating and harassing the critics of this rescue. Each one has their own alarming past, yet digging up relics from other’s pasts to use against them in their smear campaigns is standard operating practice.

No non-profit should ever employ these tactics, so why does Humans and Animals United? What are they so afraid of people knowing about their operation? The answer is clear – everything.

Goon #1

Barbara Ranberg Smith AKA Barbara Queenbee

Barbara Smith, the self proclaimed “Queenbee” is Rosa Fond’s right hand goon. She sicks her on anyone who speaks up against what’s glaringly obvious to many – the illicit fundraising practices and complete lack of transparency this rescue is known for. Barbara’s favorite past time is creating a multitude of Facebook pages and posts to smear the name of anyone who she, Rosa and Anthony Fond deem a threat to their operation. Barbara collects the pledges on their myriad of fake networking pages and when she’s not busy doing that, she’s posting incredibly libelous diatribes about people who have been vocal about her rescue’s con. She is currently being sued by one of her victims fro Defamation. READ MORE

Goon #2

Stephanie Zorn-Lopez

Stephanie Zorn Lopez has become one of Humans and Animals United’s most aggressive enforcers, ever ready to launch attacks on anyone Rosa Fond points her toward. The moment Rosa hints that someone has spoken out against her or exposed the truth about this so-called rescue, Stephanie rushes to social media to unleash a flood of hateful posts and baseless accusations. These aren’t ordinary disagreements — they are coordinated, malicious efforts to destroy the reputations of people who have dared to stand up for the countless dogs this organization has failed and for the donors who have been deceived into believing their money was going toward legitimate rescue efforts. Her online behavior is relentless, cruel, and calculated to silence criticism while protecting a deeply dishonest operation.

Goon #3

Jennifer "Jenn"Jersey

Jenn Jersey is yet another goon of Humans and Animals United. We won’t post it here, however, her biggest claim to fame is a putting up an absolute vile, malicious “hate page” on social media that viciously attacks people on behalf of two animal rescues, one of which is HAAU. She also has a website that she created for the SOLE purpose of harassing and humilating advocates that she has determined were worthy of her slander, false accusations and absolute malicious diatribes. Her targest are those that have spoken up against the rogue rescues she supports. On her hate page and website, Jenn gets to bask in the glory of her perceived influence and misguided praise she receives from those rogue rescues that she all too willingly slanders and defames the critics of.

Like Barbara Queenbee, Jenn’s defamation has won her a lawsuit that was brought against her by one of her victims. She previously had an injunction brought against her for harassment where she resides in Phoenix, AZ.  READ MORE.

Goon #4

Mary Ann Czelusniak

Mary Ann has become one of Humans and Animals United’s most unquestioning enforcers and one of Rosa Fond’s go-to “private transporters.” Whenever Rosa needs a dog moved out of Florida and into the hands of an adopter hundreds or even thousands of miles away, Mary Ann is the one behind the wheel — driving dogs across the country from Miami all the way to Upstate New York, Chicago, and beyond. But her involvement ends the moment the car door opens. She routinely drops dogs off without conducting even the most basic home check, never taking a moment to ensure the animal’s safety or the suitability of the environment. Many times, she doesn’t bother to leave a collar, a leash, a bag of food, or even confirm that the adopter has the means or ability to care for the dog. Once the handoff is made, she simply drives away, leaving the animal’s fate to chance.

Beyond her role as transporter, Mary Ann eagerly joins in Rosa Fond’s pattern of retaliation and deflection — using social media to attack, demean, and spread falsehoods about anyone who dares to expose the truth about this rescue’s deceitful practices.
